The Principal Partner and Managing Solicitor of Bahama Chambers, Baba was the Chairman, Yobe State NBA Branch in 1998 and member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of the United Kingdom; a Certified Capital Market Solicitor of Nigeria; and a specialist in Project Finance Laws and Practice.

Dr. Hadiza Hamma is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Abuja, where she doubles as the Director of the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Research. Hadiza holds a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Ph.D. in Law from the University of Abuja and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. She attended Harvard University in the United States, where she became the first-ever graduate to earn a Master of Liberal Arts in Development Practice from the institution. �

Mohammed is also an expert of commercial contracts and partnerships, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is also a Capital Market Solicitor. He is a Senior Associate and Head of Chambers at Bahama Chambers.

Graduated in 2008 from Kogi State University and enrolled as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in the year 2010. She has since then been in active legal practice with Bahama Chambers as an Associate and now heads the Corporate and Regulatory Compliance Practice Unit of the Firm.

Liman, is an Associate of Bahama Chambers and holds a Degree in Civil Law from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, A Diploma in law from College for Legal Studies Yola and Bachelors of Law from the Nigerian Law School. Liman is a winner of the prestigious award of Best Junior Advocate in Kaduna State.

Dan’Azumi had previously worked with the Institute for Governance and Economic Transformation, Abuja: a Public Policy think-tank and International Private Investment Advisory Consultants for four (4) years starting immediately after graduating from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2017. He later proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and upon his call to the Bar in 2021, he joined Bahama Chambers as an Associate. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.

Maryam Yakubu Muazu is a Junior Associate and the Practice Manager at Bahama Chambers. She is known for her diligence, empathy, and integrity in legal practice. Deeply committed to the promotion of human rights, international law, and access to justice, Maryam actively engages in volunteer work and community development initiatives. Her leadership qualities and strong sense of justice have earned her recognition as a promising young lawyer. Kofoworola Farida Oyekunle is a Junior Associate at Baba Dala SAN & Co, Bahama Chambers, where she practices across both litigation and corporate law. With hands-on courtroom experience and expertise in contract drafting, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance, she brings a balanced perspective to both contentious and transactional matters. Having completed all academic requirements for a Master’s in Financial Law at Nile University, she possesses advanced knowledge in corporate transactions, financial regulation, and commercial dispute resolution.

Fatima Ciroma is a Junior Associate at Baba Dala SAN & Co, Bahama Chambers, where she strengthens the firm’s commitment to legal excellence.
